1) Original black leather seats and interior
finish - no tears/rips, well-maintained

2) Air-Conditioning System - Upgraded to R-134a
refrigerant (Copper Cooling and Condenser Coil
replaced in 2011)

3) Radio - Pioneer Head Unit with USB/Ipod/Iphone
port and CD player

4) 16" light alloy rims (from E39)

5) Photocopy of BMW 5-Series Service & Repair Manual (Bentley & Haynes - pdf only)



Used daily for the past 4 years without problems.
Now selling due to recent purchase of another car.

sorry for the late reply. its a 12 valve M20 engine, not 24V
